A named contact is on the ground for the whole trip. Trips are 18+, everyone signs the code of conduct, and we recommend travel insurance for every booking.

Day one
18+ / policy
Every FestivalRoute trip runs on the same three rules. You accept them when you book.
You must be 18 or older on the first day of travel. We ask for a date of birth and a valid ID at booking, and the coordinator checks the same ID at the departure point in Kyiv. Travellers under 18 cannot join a group trip.
Cover is not included in the trip price. Choose a policy that covers medical costs, cancellation, and lost luggage, then send us the policy number at least 7 days before you fly. FestivalRoute is not affiliated with any festival. We plan the itinerary, the transport, and the stay.
No harassment, no illegal substances, no gatecrashing. An on-site coordinator travels with each group and answers the emergency line around the clock. Break the code and you may be removed from the trip without a refund.
