2. Age, booking, payment

You must be 18+ to book. Minors need a parent or guardian. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms and cancellation rules are shown before you confirm. We act under the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР of 15.09.1995 and provide contractual terms in your confirmation.

3. Traveler responsibilities

Provide accurate info, hold valid travel documents, and obey local laws. You are liable for damage you cause. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.

4. Consumer rights and language

You have rights under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023. A Ukrainian-language version of this page is mandatory under the Law of Ukraine 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' No. 2704-VIII of 25.04.2019. The Ukrainian text prevails in case of conflict.
