Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Scope and Governing Law
This policy applies to all purchases from nyxirax.com, LLC. It is governed by Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023, Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, and Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995. The Ukrainian-language version of this page is mandatory and prevails under Law of Ukraine 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' No. 2704-VIII of 25.04.2019.
2. Cancellation by the Consumer
You may cancel before the service start date by email at contact@nyxirax.com or phone +380 980 248 5578. Refund tiers:
- More than 14 days before: full refund minus payment processing fees.
- 7–14 days: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund.
Tour packages may have additional terms under the Tourism Law.
3. Cancellation by nyxirax.com
If we cancel, you receive a full refund within 14 business days.
4. Refund Process and Timelines
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval. Bank processing may add time. No cash refunds.
5. Exceptions
No refund for digital content already accessed or services fully performed, except as required by Law No. 3153-IX.
